Club Improvements

Greetings from your home away from home, 3 Creek Ranch.  The quote above is true.  We are always thinking about how we can improve.  What all is being improved, you ask?
To begin, we are constructing a new “informal” dining patio on the west side of the Clubhouse that will provide Teton Views, outside dining, and a private play area; developed with our children in mind.  As always, the north side patio, clubhouse dining room, and clubhouse bar will continue to offer more of a “formal” dining experience for those of you looking for something a little more intimate.  We feel the addition of the new informal area provides our membership with more flexibility when dining at The Club. 
Our ladies’ locker room has taken on a face-lift this month.  The addition of 40 new lockers will greatly increase the utilization of this special area.  The additional lockers are being assigned based upon the members’ joining dates and club utilization.  
The popularity and success of our dining room has necessitated an increase in the size of our clubhouse kitchen.  A renovation of the basement floor will provide the kitchen staff with an additional 220 square feet.  We thank each of you for the support that has enabled us to move in this direction.
We have been nearing our capacity for the storage of your golf club bags. Therefore, with the addition of new members, we have seized the opportunity to be proactive and satisfy those storage requirements.  The new bag storage plan will provide spaces for an additional 420 bags.
Lastly, on the north-side of the Clubhouse, we have completed a renovation to our event-lawn.  We have created an improved site for our special “tented” events, such as The Invitational.  The improvements consist of leveling the ground, adding blue-grass, restructuring the irrigation system and modifying the landscaping.
Finally, I would like to remind you of what a special place you have at 3 Creek.  Every club I visit during the off-season raves about our membership, the course, and the service levels.  People recognize the quality of this Club you have created and I am proud to be associated with such a product.  It is important that we realize we cannot be everything to everyone.  However, we try to be exceptional at those areas that are most important to our members.   
We are anxious for your return so we can show off the recent physical improvements.  Remember, my door is always open.
